Today is a liquid food day. Lots of water, blended green, raw vegetables and sunshine.
For a great green smoothie I always have water, lemon and / or lime juice, assorted seeds like linseed, Saba bananas, greens like spinach, kale and pechay.
Always with turmeric and pepper. Here’s a simple pictorial recipe.
I blended extra for a late liquid lunch and then again tomorrow.
