17. Go Coco – 6 Great Uses of Coconut Oil

We love all things Coconut in our household and buy a lot of our Coconut products from Coco Wonder at the Legaspi Market on Sunday morning. We buy Coconut Flour – we generally make our own, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Sugar and Coconut Amino Sauce (great as a Soy Sauce substitute for Adobo and marinating chicken).

We also buy from Landmark. We buy Coconut Water without added sugar, cooking Coconut Oil, Coconut Milk and Coconut Cream Cream – always check the ingredients label.
