3 acts of random kindness (ARK) is my daily goal. I was hugely rewarded for one I did 4 weeks ago.
*** I met Post Office worker Susan again today after my ARK to her 4 weeks ago on the streets near St. Kilda beach.
* As I ran to work today I chatted to her and she said my advice has given her more energy and an improved sleep. Yippie. I spent another 5 minutes giving her next level information to help her even more. Susan feels great. I am proud and feel so happy to have helped her.
When you help others you are actually helping yourself even more. I love it.
I aim to do an Act of Random Kindness daily. Today I met Arman and his daughter at the beach. He now knows why sunglasses 😎 are not so cool. We chatted about the sun, grounding and cold therapy. He understood and happily put his sunnies away. They are a product of great marketing but bad for our overall health as they affect your eye clock and sleep. Coincidentally, I would not have met Arman unless another guy stopped me to say thanks for my act of kindness for him the previous week. Life rocks. #onceyouknowbetteryoudobetter#actofrandomkindness
I walked my 7km to work barefoot this morning. I always ensure to walk on the sunny side of the street. I included these two cool people in my daily acts of random kindness. Mick is from Italy 🇮🇹 and Marisol from Columbia. We chatted for at least 15 minutes about quantum physics principles (Primed protocols). They understood and appreciated what was discussed. Cool. #actofrandomkindness#onceyouknowbetteryoudobetter
I loved my 5 hour (25km) walk yesterday. Mostly with shoes off and shirt off when possible.
A highlight was meeting two nice Filipinos. I shared why their tropical brown skin and eyes need the sun more than my green eyes and white skin.
I saw many beautiful sights on my walk but helping these two to know better was a highlight.
I try and do an Act of Random Kindness daily. Today I spoke to this cool Indian dude about why his skin and eyes are brown / dark. We chatted about the sun and grounding. He got it.
So many are clueless because they believe the bs spewed by so many with vested interests in selling sunscreen, chemo, sunglasses 😎 (not cool), gym, microwave ovens, Gatorade, vitamins, supplements, meds and other fake stuff. Once Primed you go natural and enjoy the results.
I loved my time in the Philippines 🇵🇭 and loved meeting great people. This is a happy memory from 2 years ago:
“F.A.R.K. Friday Acts of Random Kindness! When you give you receive more back. I try and do at least one Act of Random Kindness per day. Please share your examples if you don’t mind. Thanks.”
I continue to try and do acts of random kindness daily. Suraj and Gilbert recent examples.
So so glad to still help Filipinos through my The Primed Life book and via my Wellness Coaching.
This is my friend Suraj. We met 3 weeks ago as I ran to work in Kooyong. He was walking to St. Kilda at around 8:30am. He smiled at me as I ran past so I stopped, introduced myself and helped him with a little Primed advise.
*** Fast forward 3 weeks and we met again as I caught the tram 🚃 home at 9pm after work. Suraj applied what I suggested and said he feels healthier, more energized and lost a little extra weight already. Cool. So cool 😎 that Suraj no longer wears sunglasses. We need the sun on our eyes and skin. This is especially so if your eyes and skin are brown.
Lots of cool Filipinos in Boracay now know better. They will ditch their crappy 💩 sunglasses 😎 because they are not healthy. Especially not good for tropical eyes.
They know that the sun is the key to a healthy and vibrant life. The sun makes all food via photosynthesis.
The ones who hide hide from the sun and live under fake light tend to crave fake food and fake supplements made under fake light. They tend to have poor immune systems too.
Primed is about real food, a fun lifestyle, great water and environment in which to thrive. All of this charges your energy battery (mitochondria). Equally important is to minimise what drains your energy.
All cause death and disease is increased with low Hormone D.
All Primed protocols are aimed at improving Hormone D and sleep. 🙂
Fritz now knows better. He is smart. He knows sunglasses 😎 on or in tropical eyes 👀 is dumb. Our eye clock needs full spectrum sunlight. If it is “too bright” then perhaps you and your eyes are too weak. #onceyouknowbetteryoudobetter
One of my acts of random kindness today was with Isaac & Alex. After giving directions to Puka beach 🏝 we talked about the sun. Isaac now knows to give his to someone he does not like. They are not good for you. They now know your eyes 👀 are a clock, have UV receptors in them and need full spectrum sunlight. But the sun is too bright I hear you say. No. Your eyes are too weak. Both of these guys understood. They knew that the sun reversed psoriasis already. Other protocols also needed to best absorb the sun and make vitamin D. #onceyouknowbetteryoudobetter #sunislife🌞 #hormoned
I recently sent a video to one of my best mates telling him what I thought of him.
My best buddy in Melbourne says she still has the notes I used to give her when we worked together.
